Classic Rocky Road

This no-bake classic rocky road recipe leaves you with a satisfying, decadent treat without even having to turn on the oven!
Why not let the kids get creative during the school holidays and make this delicious treat with a little adult supervision.

Ingredients:
125g unsalted butter, cubed
100g dark chocolate (70%)
200g milk chocolate
3 tbsp golden syrup
100g mini marshmallows
100g digestive biscuits
Tools:
Square 20cm sandwich tin
Saucepan
Big spoon or spatula - wooden or silicone
Baking paper
Method:
Line your 20cm square tin with baking paper and leave to one side
In a medium/large saucepan, add in the butter, chocolate, golden syrup
Place the saucepan on a low heat and stir the mix until it's silky smooth
Leave the chocolate to cool for 5 minutes
Break your digestive biscuits into small bite-size pieces and add to the chocolate mix
Then add in the marshmallows and mix it all together
Pour the Rocky Road mix into the tin and spread it out till its even
Cover loosely with foil and place in the fridge to chill for at least two hours
Chop it up, and enjoy!
