Coffee & Chocolate Ice Cream - No Churn
This easy homemade coffee & chocolate ice cream is a breeze to make. You don’t need any fancy equipment to make your own delicious ice cream. No-churn ice cream recipes contain just three ingredients plus whatever delicious filling you choose!
2 tbsp instant coffee
60ml boiling water
500ml double cream
397g condensed milk
150g dark chocolate, chopped
In a cup, make up the coffee using the instant coffee of your choice and 60ml of boiling water. Set to one side to cool
In a large bowl, add the double cream and whisk until stiff peaks form
Add in the condensed milk and cooled coffee and whisk on medium speed until stiff peaks once again form
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate, leaving some to one side to sprinkle on top
Fill a large container with the ice cream mix, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving
