Coffee & Chocolate Ice Cream - No Churn

This easy homemade coffee & chocolate ice cream is a breeze to make. You don’t need any fancy equipment to make your own delicious ice cream. No-churn ice cream recipes contain just three ingredients plus whatever delicious filling you choose!


  • 2 tbsp instant coffee

  • 60ml boiling water

  • 500ml double cream

  • 397g condensed milk

  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped


  • In a cup, make up the coffee using the instant coffee of your choice and 60ml of boiling water. Set to one side to cool

  • In a large bowl, add the double cream and whisk until stiff peaks form

  • Add in the condensed milk and cooled coffee and whisk on medium speed until stiff peaks once again form

  • Fold in the chopped dark chocolate, leaving some to one side to sprinkle on top

  • Fill a large container with the ice cream mix, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving
