Creole Seasoning

Turn your joint of meat into a Creole delight. By mixing up a blend of herbs and spices, you can make your own creole dry rub. It is an all-purpose spice blend and perfect for seasoning your favorite Creole dishes.


  • 2.5 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp dried thyme


  • Mix it all together and store in an airtight jar.

Spices and rubs keep their flavour for about three months, so try to use it before then for maximum bursts of flavour on your food 🤤
