No-Churn Ice Cream

You don't need lots of fancy equipment at home to make your own delicious ice cream. With just three ingredients and fillings of your choice, you can make your own satin-smooth ice cream.


  • 600ml double cream

  • 397g condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Fillings of your choice


  • In a large bowl, add the double cream, condensed milk and vanilla, whisk on medium speed until stiff peaks form

  • Gently, mix in your fillings to the cream making sure they are evenly spread

  • Find a container and fill with the ice cream mix (this could be a rectangle plastic container with a lid or a 2lb loaf tin with cling film to cover also works well)

  • Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving
